Suitable supports (EN 1065)
For over 100 years, construction and formwork supports have been indispensable helpers on every construction site. Almost all supports have a standardized hole pattern of 80x80 mm on the anchor plates - perfect for use with the innovative Bautri system.
The special thing about the Bautri system: You can use it universally. It works with most common construction and formwork supports, regardless of the manufacturer. All you need are supports with flat anchor plates that have four holes with a diameter of at least 12 mm at both ends.
The use of threaded screws creates an extremely strong connection between the Bautri system and the supports. Even if the anchor plates are slightly bent, the screw connection ensures a secure and stable connection.
The supports comply with EN 1065 and have a maximum length of 2 to 4 m. The anchor plates are available in different sizes and thicknesses, some are rusted or warped, but the required hole size for connecting the Bautri system is always present.
Which support for which purpose?
Construction and formwork props in accordance with DIN EN 1065 are telescopic steel props that have specified load-bearing capacities and extension lengths. Classes B and B/D are recommended for use with the Bautri system as they are appropriate in terms of their performance. It is crucial that only props that are in perfect condition are used.
Class B/D and D
These supports meet the requirements of class B, but offer a higher load-bearing capacity, which is accompanied by a slightly higher weight. They are usually equipped with an external thread that reliably prevents the down tube from slipping out. In addition, an external thread is essential for the use of heavy-duty rollers, as it secures the down tube against twisting and thus ensures maximum stability.
Class B
These supports offer a good balance between weight, price and extension length.
They are usually equipped with an internal thread, which protects the thread from contamination and makes maintenance easier.
